蝶片式止回閥是指依靠介質(zhì)本身流動而自動開、閉閥瓣，用來防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門，又稱逆止閥、單向閥、逆流閥、和背壓閥。止回閥屬于一種自動閥門，其主要作用是防止介質(zhì)倒流、防止泵及驅(qū)動電動機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)，以及容器介質(zhì)的泄放。止回閥還可用于給其中的壓力可能升至超過系統(tǒng)壓的輔助系統(tǒng)提供補(bǔ)給的管路上。止回閥主要可分為旋啟式止回閥（依重心旋轉(zhuǎn)）、升降式止回閥（沿軸線移動）、蝶片式止回閥（沿中心旋轉(zhuǎn)）。

作用
蝶片式止回閥的作用是只允許介質(zhì)向一個方向流動，而且阻止方向流動。通常這種閥門是自動工作的，在一個方向流動的流體壓力作用下，閥瓣打開；流體反方向流動時，由流體壓力和閥瓣的自重合閥瓣作用于閥座，從而切斷流動。
Effect

安裝事項(xiàng)
止回閥的安裝應(yīng)注意以下事頂：
1、在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨(dú)立支撐，使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。
2、安裝時注意介質(zhì)流動的方向應(yīng)與閥體所票箭頭方向一致。
3、升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。
4、升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上
Installation matters
The installation of the check valve should be paid attention to the following:
1. Do not bear the weight of the check valve in the pipeline. The large check valve should be supported independently so that it is not affected by the pressure produced by the pipe system.
2. When installing, the direction of the flow of the medium should be in accordance with the direction of the valve.
3. The lifting type vertical valve should be installed on the vertical pipe.
4. The lift horizontal valve check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe
安裝和使用
1、本閥門通路兩端須堵塞，存在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。如長期存放，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。
2、安裝前應(yīng)將閥門清洗干凈，并消除在運(yùn)輸過程中造成的缺陷。
3、安裝時必須仔細(xì)核對閥門上的標(biāo)志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。
4、本閥門安裝在水平管道上，閥蓋向上。
Installation and use

2, before installation, the valve should be cleaned and the defects caused in the transportation process are eliminated.
3, the installation must carefully check the sign on the valve and whether the nameplate is in accordance with the requirements.
4. The valve is installed on the horizontal pipe and the valve cover is upwards.
