一、Functional characteristics：

二、安裝示意圖：
在新開井工程中，天然氣撬裝疏水閥的安裝，應在主體工程結束，完成系統試壓和管道吹掃作業之后進行。若在安裝疏水閥之后進行試壓和吹掃管線，則應將天然氣撬裝疏水閥與系統隔離，啟用旁通管線進行吹掃，以避免疏水閥內部受到污染。
二、Installation diagram：

三、安裝、維護：
1、該疏水閥應水平安裝，在管線路較低位置，閥前應裝截止閥、過濾器，同時安裝旁通閥。
2、本疏水閥安裝完畢，開啟進口截止閥，再開啟出口截止閥，疏水閥開始正常運行連續排水作業。
3、安裝方向：閥體上的箭頭指向與管道流體方向一致。
4、排污：由于在疏水閥運行時，會有雜質等污物隨凝結水進入疏水閥腔內，應及時清除，以確保疏水閥的正常工作。排污時，首先關閉疏水閥前與后的截止閥，然后打開底部排污球閥，再慢開進口截止閥，以凝結水沖洗本閥內腔渣物，直至將內部沖洗干凈為止。
5、為確保天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝長期正常運行，疏水閥首次使用三個月，應進行第一次維護檢查保養。第一次維護保養時須制造廠專業技術人員現場進行技術指導，對疏水器內部零件磨損、腐蝕情況和沉降污物情況進行檢查和相應調整，并根據污物沉降等情況進行分析，為使用單位提供運行、排污等建議，便于使用單位確定保養檢查和排污作業周期。
6、天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝投入運行后，即為全自動作業，無需人為操作，但仍須保持日常巡視管理工作。使用單位應堅持巡檢制度，以便發現問題及時處理，并不斷總結運行經驗，結合本單位實際情況制定更加切實有效的切實有效的運行管理制度，使產品更好發揮應有的作用。
