產(chǎn)品介紹：
膜盒式蒸汽疏水閥（蒸汽壓力平衡式）工作時閥前存有高溫凝結(jié)水，無蒸汽泄漏，節(jié)能效果顯著。
膜盒式在現(xiàn)如今蒸汽管線中是代替低壓（壓力在PN25以下）熱動力（圓盤式）疏水閥或（壓力在PN16以下）雙金屬片式疏水閥的理想替代品。
Bellows Trap
The main acting unit of bellows,which is filled with a ytpe of liquid with gasification temperature lower than water's saturation temperature.When the device just starts,there appears condensate with low temperature in conduits and the liquid in the bellows is in the condensed state.The trap is turned on.When the temperature of condensate water gradually goes up,the liquid in the bellows begins to vaporize and the pressure within it increases.Consequently,the film drives the valve core to move towards the closing direction.Before the condensate water reaches its saturation temperature,the trap is completely shut down.The bellows controls the opening and closing of valves in accordance with steam temperature changes so as to resist steam and discharge water.Available are two alternative bellows with opening temperature 15℃ or 30℃ lower than saturation temperature.
There is high temperature condensate in front of the Bellows Trap (steam pressure balance type) when it works, and there is no steam leakage, so the energy saving effect is significant.
Bellows trap,among all existing steam pipes,are presently the ideal substitute of low-pressure (with pressure below PN25)hot motive (disc)traps or bimetallic elements traps (with pressure below PN16).

1、選型時請?zhí)峁┕ぷ鲏毫Α⒐ぷ鲏翰睢⒛Y(jié)水發(fā)生量、工作溫度、連接方式及標準。
2、凝結(jié)水負荷的安全系數(shù)一般為2～3倍。
3、正確安裝、定期保養(yǎng)清除閥內(nèi)污物，保證疏水閥正常工作和延長使用壽命。

1.Please provide operating pressure and operating pressure difference,generating quantity of condensate water,operating temperature,connecting mode and standards in selecting product models.
2.The load of condensate Water's safety coefficient reaches 2 to 3 times in general.
3.Please make sure the drain valve is installed properly,maintained regularly,cleaned up and operates under the normal condition,so as to extend its service life.
