Bellows seal trap
The thermo-sensitive element of bellows seal traps is bellows filled with volatile liquid,which employs the volatility of the liquid and flexibility of the bellows.When temperature of the steam pipe goes up,the liquid volatilizes into gas,the size expands and produces pressure to impel bellows to stretch.In contrast,when temperature of the steam pipe goes down to the temperature for gas to turn into liquid,the size gets smaller and the bellows contract due to lack of impetus.

安裝、使用注意事項(xiàng)：
安裝前管路應(yīng)用蒸汽吹除污物。箭頭所示方向與流向一致。
疏水閥前熱力管應(yīng)有1～2米不必保溫。應(yīng)安裝在低于用汽設(shè)備凝結(jié)水排出點(diǎn)的地方。
該閥出廠前疏水溫度已調(diào)節(jié)在95℃左右，如果需要改變疏水溫度或排水量時，可打開防護(hù)帽，松開鎖緊螺母，旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)閥芯前進(jìn)，疏水量減少，疏水溫度降低；逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，閥芯后退，疏水量增大，疏水溫度上升。調(diào)整后，就將鎖緊螺母擰緊。
要定期保養(yǎng)，清除過濾網(wǎng)前的污物，保證疏水閥正常工作。
Installation/attention for use
Before the installment of pipeline,use the steam to blow off the pollutant.The arrow shows the direction consistent with the flow direction.
Ahead of the trap,the thermal tube of 1～2 meters need no heat-preservation.Be installed at thermal position lower than the condensation water discharge point of the steam-using equipment.
Before leaving the plant,the hydrophobic temperature of trap has been adjust around 95℃.If it is needed to change the hydrophobic temperature or the displacement,open the shielding bonnet,loosen the lock nut,revolve the adjusting screw revolve the valve core clockwise,the hydrophobic volume reduces and the hydrophobic temperature drops;revolve it counterclockwise,the valve core backlashes,the hydrophobic volume increases,and the hydrophobic temperature rises.After the adjustment ended,tighten the lock nut.
It is needed to make the periodic maintenance and clear the pollutant before the filtration screen,so as to guarantee the trap work normally.

1、選型時請?zhí)峁┕ぷ鲏毫Α⒐ぷ鲏翰睢⒛Y(jié)水發(fā)生量、工作溫度、連接方式及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2、凝結(jié)水負(fù)荷的安全系數(shù)一般為2～3倍。
3、正確安裝、定期保養(yǎng)清除閥內(nèi)污物，保證疏水閥正常工作和延長使用壽命。

2.The load of condensate Water's safety coefficient reaches 2 to 3 times in general.
